Tess Designs' Fall & Winter 2012 Collection

English wool tweed.  Buttery soft silk.  Vintage silhouettes.  Ease and elegance.  These are the hallmarks of Tess Designs' Fall/Winter 2012 Collection. My jaw dropped in astonishment combined with frock frenzy when this new collection was unveiled.  From deliciously soft pastels to bold florals, this is a beautiful collection suited for any woman.

Brigitte Bardot and Carol Templeton were the main inspirations, which you can easily see in the Brigitte dress in Butter Yellow and the Carol pencil skirt, available in both soft pink and yellow.  Paired with the bold floral and polka dots of  the Claire blouses, it's a timeless look that easily takes you from the office to a night on the town.

As for me,  I'm wishing for Brigitte in Butter Yellow and Julie in Silk Roses.  My 52 Dresses Project would definitely welcome these ladies into my wardrobe!
